  When a representative makes a comment such as "oh you didn't know you two were seperating" and laughs. After I explained numerous times the process of my personal seperation. Just to have the same rep 3 months later seperate my policy without my knowledge. I find out by a voicemail saying , "we need new bank info", even though I explained numerous times it was a joint bank account... Just to then again have to bring in another direct deposit slip to prove. Or the part I was told 3 months before I was being requested to sign off the ex CL's policy.. then all of the sudden I was the primary on the policy and that's "how" it could be seperated.. but then today got told there's no primary on a policy. Shaddy.
  
  It find it extremely unprofessional to do things to a joint policy without ones knowledge, especially when three months before it was discussed and left be. Very unprofessional to make comments about one's personal seperation as well - your job is insurance policy. Soley that.
